The MSTA-S is a Soviet and Russian self-propelled 152-mm artillery system designed to destroy tactical nuclear weapons, artillery and mortar batteries, tanks, anti-tank systems, enemy forces, air defense and anti-ballistic missile systems, command posts, and field fortifications, while also hindering enemy reserve maneuvers.
