This microprocessor-based indicator, available in 48×48 (1/16 DIN) formats, is manufactured using SMT. It features a durable lexan membrane faceplate, rated IP65, with 3 keys, a 4-digit display, and 3 output status LED indicators. The input signal can be chosen from a wide array of sensors, including various thermocouple types, resistance thermometers, PTC and NTC thermistors, and linear inputs ranging from 0 to 60/12 to 60mV, 0 to 20/4 to 20mA, 0 to 10/2 to 10/0 to 5/1 to 5/0 to 1/0, 2 to1V. Selection is made via faceplate keys and correct input terminals, without needing an external shunt or adapter. A digital input (24Vdc/5mA) is available for resetting, holding, flashing, peak handling, or releasing latch. The instrument offers up to 4 outputs, which can be mechanical relays (5A/250V) or logic outputs (24V±10%, 10Vmin / 20mA). One output of 4 to 20mA (max. 500 Ohm) is available for retransmitting the measured input signal, serving as an alternative to the digital input and the third output. Additionally, a triac output is included, capable of directly driving resistive loads up to 1A at 240V. The instrument's programming is simplified through grouping parameters in function blocks and a user-friendly data entry menu. Further simplification is possible using a PC programming kit, which includes a connection cable and a menu guide program for Windows. A configurable personal software protection code (password protection) is available to restrict editing and displaying configuration parameters.
