This paper dispenser / cutter from Bulman smoothly dispenses many types of paper including butcher Kraft and gift wrapping paper. It cuts evenly using either side of the double-edged blade. Roll changing is simple with dowel holders and knife arms that lock into the open position. This paper dispenser / cutter also includes rubber feet to protect the surfaces. It can also be mounted underneath a counter or on a wall. This dispenser / cutter can hold up to a 9" diameter roll and is finished in a light gray powder coat.
