I am selling this because it is stuck on the echo screen. I did an update and now it sticks on the screen with the logo echo. I am not good at electronic stuff and do not know how to fix so I am selling it cheap and listing it in poor condition. There is a screen protector on it and it is in great condition just stuck on the screen. Original plud and paperwork comes with it. I am telling what is wrong so no returns maybe someone can get it to work. It is about 14 months old so Amazon will not replace it but maybe someone can get it working. LISTING AS POOR AND FOR PARTS
