A pair of vintage blue Chinese lion /foo dogs CIRCA 1960 of large Foo dogs

A fantastic pair of Chinese foo dogs. These are made in ceramic and date from the late 20th century.

They are a very impressive size and quite unusual. You see a lot of the smaller sized ones but these are 36 cm high so quite large. They would make a fantastic statement on a hall table.

Traditionally placed at the front of a home to offer protection and bring good luck. Blue ones align with the wood element and are said to help inspire new beginnings.
