- HOW TO USE: Fill the molds with tempered chocolate and flip them over on a grid to let the excess drain. Repeat until desired thickness. Leave upside down for about 4 hours until completely crystallized. Unmold by gently beating the molds; if necessary, press lightly to peel off the chocolate. Glue the components with melted chocolate or by heating the ends on a hot baking sheet.
