Slip into the role of a bohemian, an artist with a head full of dreams and an empty stomach that must persist in reality. Do you reject social conventions for the sake of art and prefer to hunger to change the world with your paintings? Will you become famous - or will you be forgotten? Bohemians takes the players to the streets of Paris at the turn of the 19th to the 20th century. There they slip into the roles of artists who want to create masterpieces while struggling with the challenges of everyday life. The players play cards to collect inspirations, find muses and take care of everyday duties. Each round starts with the daily planning - does the artist have a rendezvous, he visits a meeting of like-minded people, meets his muse, creates a new work... or does he simply go to work? Each card offers different effects and sources of inspiration - the clever handling of the cards and their sequis crucial to collect as much inspiration as possible. With the inspiration gained, players acquire new cards and expand their deck with helpful habits, inspiring muses or prestigious successes. The game ends when the success pile is used up. Won who has collected the most successes and goes down in history as the most important artist of Paris.
