the first picture with the cracked screen is what it looked like before Jon bought it. Jon tried to fix it made it much worse so when it turns on it makes a cracking sound and goes black. The top left is now broken because of Jon and I’ve tried contacting Mercari countless times to reverse the return because he broke the item worse but they keep saying they can’t do anything about it.
