Bullet Resistant steel package exchange units are used to pass money & merchandise through a wall securely. Only 1 door can be opened at a time, by means of a heavy duty stainless steel interlocking door mechanism. Prime painted with steel primer, & can be painted over. Designed for interior/exterior use, & include a locking mechanism to secure the outer door when needed. Doors are hinged on the same side of the passer, so the passer can be installed with doors hinged on the left or right side as needed. Drilling holes to mount the wall gripping flanges & outside door lock need to be done by the installer of the passer. Fasteners, wall gripping flanges, and barrel-bolt lockable latch are included. Shipped with handle holes pre-drilled but handles not attached. Rough Opening size needed in the wall is 14 1/4" x 14 1/4". Clear Inside dimensions are: 12 3/4" x 6", 10 1/2" x 9", or 7 1/4" x 13 1/4". Interlocking door mechanism and door closers obstruct full use of the 13 1/4" x 13 1/4" x 13 1/4" interior dimensions.
