3 changing pad covers. All 3 have holes in the sides to slide the straps through to buckle your kiddo down. Refer to the picture of the blue one to see what I mean. I have also used them without putting the straps through and they stayed on just fine.

The blue one doesn't have a tag so I'm not sure the brand, but the owl and the green one are by Carter's.
