Full size Monmungchi doll is about 2.5 times taller than the mini doll.
The mini doll is about 1.5 times taller than the mini mini doll.
To me, the main difference is how easy it is to travel.
If you want to take them to the library/coffee shop/out of town and show them to your friends. (Mini doll or Mini mini doll are the best choice.)

The full size Monmungchi doll requires a separate bag if you want to take it outside of the house/apartment.
They can't be held 100% secured by one hand. May have the risk of dropping it on the floor accidentally if you are distracted.
Especially Kihyun, Shownu and Joohoney Monmungchi dolls. They are really really round. :)
The Kihyun doll rolled around and fell off from my daughter's bunk bed at her dorm at least twice. (Within one month I think. )
