I bought this new and noticed on night one that it was having connectivity issues with the noise I tried to play throughout the night. I got an email the next couple of days stating that they were seeing I was having trouble with the sound, and that they would send me a new one. The hatch will work if you unplug and plug it back in, but you’ll have to do it every other day. I’m not sure how it can be fixed but I don’t know what to do with it now that they sent me a replacement. The clock and lights work, and all other sounds, but it loses connection I think that’s why the sounds don’t always play or will stop. Retail price is around $184
