UL Certified Flush Bolt Hardware Prep Filler is a solution for fire doors, suitable for removing existing hardware or installing new hardware over existing ones. It's certified for use on hollow metal and wood fire-rated doors up to 90 minutes. The filler includes steel plates, an edge plate, and additional latches and strike plates, all powder coated primer gray and embossed with the UL mark. It comes with a hardware pack of standard fire-rated screws and bolts, and includes GapGuard Fire Caulk for installation. The filler is certified by UL to ANSI/UL10C and CAN/ULC-S104 standards, complying with IBC and NFPA 80/252 for hollow metal and wood fire doors rated up to 90 minutes.
