Will factory reset before sending. The Macbook works great (slowly but surely compared to a new laptop) but there are cosmetic/visual damages. The bottom rubber feet, two of the four have ripped off. The screen isn’t clear and looks like it has residue. This is because windex was used to clean the screen and it didn’t clean as intended. However when the screen is on, this is not as noticeable as when the screen is off. Lastly some small scratches.
Will send with charger, which has yellowed over time but still works great and none of the rubber casing has come off.
