I crafted a Magic Square for specific welding tasks where achieving 90 degrees can pose challenges, and precision is crucial. Inspired by a video on Fireball Tools' YouTube channel, I employed 2-inch by 3/8-inch flat bar for the edges, as I had it in stock, and a 3/8-inch bolt, 1.5 inches long, with a lock nut to connect the two pieces. I welded the pieces offset to ensure the edges align (don't forget to add a washer first). I repurposed a tightening lever from an old computer screen mount, but you can source one online or use a bolt with a wing nut, or even weld a lever onto a bolt and adjust the hole size from 1/4" to 3/16", tapping and threading it as needed (this was an afterthought). Enjoy!
