It boasts two -20 threaded holes on opposite faces and two countersunk clearance holes on adjacent faces, 90 degrees apart. These clearance holes allow -20 flat-head screws to pass through and secure into mating tubes' threaded inserts. Each countersunk fastener inserts through an opposite face's access hole, resting against an internal surface. Post-assembly, access holes can be concealed with included plastic snap covers for a clean look. The cube's cross-section shows a fastener entering one face, sitting flush against an internal stop, with the opposing access hole aligned for tool entry and capped with a removable snap plug post-assembly. Crafted from 6061-T6 aluminum with a black anodized finish, the cube balances strength, light weight, and corrosion resistance, simplifying assembly while providing robust structural performance in modular test fixtures, aerospace frames, or robotic enclosures.
