Its core wire composition, roughly 55% nickel and 45% iron, yields weld deposits with significantly reduced weld shrinkage stress, minimizing cracking risks. Nickel 55 delivers robust, ductile weld deposits even when welding low-grade cast iron with excessive contaminants.
