The ohmeter measures with a test voltage of up to 15 kV. The measuring range of 0 ... 30 TΩ and other measuring functions make this ohmeter extremely versatile. Features 4 quick selection buttons of test voltage and the ability to adjust the voltage in 500V increments. The ohmeter integrates pre-configured diagnostic tests, a polarization index (PI), a dielectric absorption ratio (DAR) and a memory with a capacity of 200 values. You can transfer this data to the software via the interface, which also allows operation. The ohmmeter can also be used to measure DC voltage and AC voltage up to 600V. The ohmmeter comes in a durable case that provides IP66 protection when the lid is closed. The electrical insulation is exposed to various stresses that lead to its deterioration. The causes can be thermal, mechanical and chemical influences as well as moisture. Although the insulation is designed to withstand these stresses for many years, abnormal stress can intensify the natural aging process and dramatically shorten the service life. Therefore, it is advisable to regularly check whether an accelerated ageing process is taking place and, if necessary, determine whether the effects are reversible.
