Stargazer

The Milky Way, a breathtaking and enigmatic realm in the cosmos, often goes unnoticed in our daily lives. To immortalize its splendor, two distinct cameras were employed. My assistant Mark handled the astro camera, capturing the stars, while I focused on the landscape. We monitored weather patterns and Earth's rotation for weeks, waiting for clear skies. Our persistence was rewarded with an awe-inspiring view of the shimmering universe. Each of the billions of stars held a unique tale. By stacking 36 two-minute exposures, we unveiled the universe's concealed radiance, usually invisible to the naked eye. The image burst with vibrant hues of pink, orange, and purple, creating a mesmerizing cosmic dreamscape. To achieve the perfect shot, we paired it with the earth's raw, unassuming presence. A captivating tree, reaching towards the night sky, completed the scene we sought.
