This is a TY koala bear named Kooky from the Beanie Boo's collection. There are mild imperfections seen like shown in the photos on the eyes which include light scuffing. Kooky DOES have a very old smell to it even though it's from 2009.... it almost TO ME smells like an antique store. It doesn't feel brand new, but not in bad shape either. Im leaving it up to the buyer to leave it be or choose in the way they would they like it cleaned or touched up.
