This is a VERY expensive toy/action figure. It took me over a week to learn how to make it work and master it. I will send him partially charged. Due to battery laws. The only command he has installed is to stand up. I removed all the others. You MUST create and account AND sync your device with him or he will NOT work. Comes with USB cord to program and AC charger cable. You MUST use wall charger to charge.
