The women's Bermuda shorts are also unbeatably sustainable: they are produced in a climate-friendly way through the use of recycled materials: a certified mass balance process is used for the recycled main material polyamide. Pyrolysis oil is obtained from old tyres, which is supplied to conventional polyamide production. Chemical recycling saves up to 60% CO2. In addition, this product is climate-neutral: emissions from materials, manufacturing process and shipping have been holistically determined and systematically reduced. Currently unavoidable emissions have been fully compensated by the independent non-profit organisation "myclimate".
