This is quite possibly the cutest thing I've ever seen!
She's a slip but could absolutely be used as a skirt. She's on the small to petite side. I'm not sure if this was intended to be a child's slip, but a smaller petite adult can definitely wear it.
Call-outs:
The elastic is a tiny bit stretched on one end but still has plenty of good stretch with bounce back.
the "leash" part of the threading in front is a bit loose, and the bows on each side are a little sad. If laundered and starched, the bows would definitely come back.
